The Institute constantly updates and upgrades its Management Education programs. There is regular interaction with professional institutes of repute such as IIMs, IITs, Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) etc. on various Management Development Programmes and Faculty Exchange/Faculty Development. The courses in four verticals offered by this institute are our deliverable.
Training Programs
The main mandate of ITM is to impart Management Training to DRDO Scientists and Defence Service Officers. The training is aimed to boost Techno-Managerial Skills of participants with a view to enhance their competence and effectiveness in execution of Product-Development projects. Special courses are also conducted for officers and staff of Admin and Stores cadres. The participants are drawn from DRDO labs, the three Services and Defence PSUs. For each Training Year (01 April to 31 March), ITM conducts around 35 Courses for DRDO officers and one Advanced Workstudy Course of two and half months for service officers.
