In modern Fighter aircraft, in addition to the flying skills, pilot tends to become Systems Manager controlling various functions of the aircraft systems. One needs to evaluate the candidates’ psychomotor skills along with cognitive information processing skills. A mini CPSS lab has been set up with two psychomotor systems, 10 cognitive stations and servers’ configuration as per the AFSBs. This help in continues research as well as fault diagnosis by IAF at various AFSBs and helps in incorporating the changes in the software.

Library also subscribes to a large number of Indian Foreign psychology and related professional journals. It serves as an ideal facility for research work and general study.
