Directorate of Planning & Coordination (DP&C) evolves guidelines for project formulation, management and all other related aspects and ensures their uniform implementation in DRDO. The Directorate processes project proposals, beyond DG’s powers, for approval of CFA, maintains up-to-date information on all DRDO projects, compiles monthly, quarterly project progress of major projects, publishes DRDO Annual Report and coordinates with MoD for their Annual Report. DP&C acts as a nodal point for LTTPP and 5 years of loan for the organization, and establishes corporate review policies. The Directorate liaises with all Ministries & Department of GOI for providing inputs and feedback and evolves and conveys organisation’s response to draft policies, legislations and guidelines, etc. issued by other GOI ministries departments. DP&C also deals with matter related to allocation of Business Rules of DDR&D and provides local administrative support to cluster DA camp offices together with ADA cell.
