DESIDOC, under the Monographs/Special Publications Series, publishes monographs/special publications and treatises authored by eminent retired scientists of DRDO. Each monograph published under this series deals with specified focused topics and aims at capturing the tacit knowledge of senior scientists gained through their life-long research in their area of expertise. The authors are chosen based on their expertise in a specific field and till now, 40 books have been published under this series.
