Personal Decontamination Kit

Introduction:

PDK was designed to decontaminate small arms and ammunition by physical removal. PDK houses PDK-1, PDK-2 and RDP. PDK-1 is fuller earth based cotton pouches which can remove small droplets from the contaminated surfaces while PDK-2 is used to remove large volume of contaminants from contaminated surfaces.

RDP is designed to remove nuclear/radiological dust.

Description:

This kit consists of three components: (a) PDK-I (b) PDK-II (c) RDP

Applications:

It is used for the decontamination of CW agents by physical adsorption from human body, small areas on clothing, gloves, shoes, personal weapons etc.

Shelf Life & Storage Conditions:

5 Years under factory packed conditions The product can be stored normally at damp free location at 25c with maximum relative humidity of 50%
