NBC CANISTER NEELKHANTHA “A” 

Introduction:
Plastic body NBC canister Neelkantha “P” was developed for providing 4hrs protection against blister and nerve agents to meet the projected requirement of Army. NBC canister, a critical component of gas mask purifies the contaminated air by filtering out the NBC contaminants.

Applications:
It is used to remove particulates, nuclear dust, biological agents (bacteria & viruses), chemical aerosol and NBC warfare agents (organic & inorganic) from contaminated air to make air breathable required for collective individual protection.

Shelf Life & Storage Conditions:
5 Years under factory packed conditions

Present Status: The developed canister was evaluated for all the parameters as per specifications and found to meet the requirement.
