About the Author
Shri Narain Mansharamani, former Sc 'F' from IRDE, DRDO, has an experience of more than three decades in lasers. He was involved in creating facilities in lasers and he developed laser range finders (LRF) using Ruby and Nd:Glass. He has published three monographs in LRF and lidar techniques.
