1. Armoured Engineer Reconnaissance Vehicle (AERV)
Armoured Engineer Reconnaissance Vehicle (AERV) is designed to meet the tactical and combat requirements of the military engineers for carrying out terrestrial and underwater survey in hostile terrains. AERV is based on the BMP- II vehicle with amphibious capability to cross water obstacles.
2. Vehicles for Multi Barrel Rocket Launcher)
Vehicles for Multi Barrel Rocket Launcher - Loader cum Replenishment Vehicle (LCR) and Replenishment Vehicle (RV) are designed Vehicles for Pinaka Multi Barrel Rocket System (MBRS). Currently in service with Indian Army.
3. Riot Control Vehicles
Riot Control Vehicle (RCV) - 'VAJRA' & ‘Mini VAJRA’ is a non- armoured, 4x2/ 4x4 riot control vehicle suitable for law Enforcement duties and transportation of security forces along with their riot control gears to the affected areas. It is quite useful for mob control during the law violation situations. These vehicles are available in 03 variants i.e., small, medium and large with seating capacity up to 6 persons, 13 persons and 26 persons respectively.
4. Heavy Recovery Vehicle
The Heavy Recovery Vehicle (HRV) is Designed, Developed & Test Evaluated for handling of article weighing up to 25 tons. The HRV is also capable of recovering Solo vehicles. Tractor-trailer trains of lengths even up to 31m and 110t of train weight. UATT of vehicle is completed successfully.
5. CBRN Mini-UGV
CBRN Mini- Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) offers benefit in terms of personnel safety in CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological & Nuclear) hazardous environment for the Armed/ security forces and facilitates dismounted recce operation in congested /building/ urban areas. It facilitates detection & remote monitoring of contamination, sample collection using Robotic Arm, Day/ night vision and digital marking of contaminated zones. UGV payload system is modular & can be customized for alternate roles as per User requirements.
6. UMV and URV for MBT ARJUN
Unit Maintenance Vehicle (UMV) & Unit Repair Vehicle (URV) have been developed by VRDE to carry out field maintenance and field light repairs to electrical and mechanical assemblies of MBT Arjun during operations.

7. Armoured Amphibious Dozer (AAD)
Armoured Amphibious Dozer (AAD) is a tracked, armoured, amphibious vehicle, combining cross country performance with an effective engineer capability. The vehicle is based on the BMP- II chassis. It has been designed as a highly mobile earthmover and supportive vehicle for use in forward combat areas.

8. Rotary Engine for Nishant & Panchi UAV
A 55 hp “Rotary Engine” has been designed & developed by VRDE for Un-manned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). Rotary engine integrated with indigenous UAV was flown and the engine meets all the requirements of UAV. The engine is achieved the altitude of 3.72 km against the requirement 3.6 km. This is the first kind of engine in non-gas turbine category to be allowed with Airworthiness Certificate in India by CEMILAC.
9. Multi-Purpose Decontamination System
The Multipurpose Decontamination system (MPDS) can be used for decontamination of vehicles, personnel, equipment & terrain during CBRN disaster situations. Salient Features: • Chemical delivery system with redundant pump. • Diesel fired boiler and control system for delivery of hot/cold water and steam at high pressure. • The system can be used for decontamination of Vehicles, Equipment and Personnel. The system can be carried in vehicles & helicopter
10. Unmanned Ground Vehicle
UGVs systems, based on wheeled vehicle platforms, developed and demonstrated for surveillance and NBC recce. The Tele-operated surveillance payload comprised of CCD cameras, Thermal Imager & LRF. The Tele-operated NBC Recce payload comprised of Recce instruments, sample collecting system and Picket firing system to cordon off contaminated zones.
