R & M is the nodal cluster for the resource management of DRDO and deals in the planning and execution of projects and programmes taken up by the organization. It is responsible for financial management, material management, infrastructure requirements of DRDO and other corporate function like vigilance, security, Rajbhasha, O&M, coordination with parliament, C&AG, etc.
