Filters for Aerospace and Naval Applications
Developed filters for LCA Tejas, MiG series aircrafts, Dornier &Chetak helicopters, Advanced light Helicopters (ALH) and Brahmos missile. The filtration range is 10 to 25 micron with filtration rating of β≥100 and operate in the pressure range of 2-280 bar and temperature range of -54 to 1350C. Filters are provided with unique by-pass valve, automatic shut-off valve, visual clogging indicator with manual reset and excellent resistance to flow fatigue. These filters are developed as per NAS (class-1) cleanliness level and in conformity with MIL-F-8815D standard. Developing 18 types of filters including Diesel-sea water separator filter, fuel filters, fresh water filters, hydraulic filters, lube filters and sea water filters used in various Submarine systems.
