On 15th August 2017 Col Rajyavardhan Rathore, Minister of State, Information and Broadcasting, Government of India & Shri Mansukh Mandauya, Minister of State, Road, Transport, Shipping, Chemical and Fertilizer, Government of India visited Defence Institute of High Altitude Research (DIHAR) Leh. They were given a detailed orientation about DIHAR activities and how it is helping to transform the life of local population as well as defence forces deployed in the region. The ministers applauded DIHAR for its path breaking and innovative research which is making considerable difference to the defence and local population. They extended their best wishes for future R&D endeavors of DIHAR.
