In the year 2018, Office has conducted Official Language Implementation committee meetings, Hindi Fortnight and Hindi workshops. Further activities of this year are as follows
In this year three OpC meetings have been organized. Fourth Meeting will be organized in the month of December. In meetings, steps to be taken for the progress of Hindi were discussed. It is convened under the Chairmanship of Chief Executive (Airworthiness)

CEMILAC and Bengaluru based RCMAs jointly celebrated Hindi day on 14 September 2018 as part of Hindi Fortnight Celebration. Various competitions were conducted from 14 September and closing ceremony was conducted on 28 September 2018. During the Hindi fortnight various Hindi competitions such as Mann ki Baat, Extempore, Noting & Drafting, Typing, Antakshari, Quiz and Memory Test were organized for Hindi Speaking and Non Hindi Speaking employees of CEMILAC and Bengaluru based RCMAs.
In 2018, four workshops were conducted in Hindi. On 20th March 2018, Hindi workshop for Scientist 'E' and above of CEMILAC. Similarly on 11 June 2018, for the Officers and Staff of Admin, Accounts and Stores, 14 August 2018, for the Sc.B, Sc.C & Sc.D, and On 26th November 2018, Hindi workshop for Scientist 'F' and above were conducted.
All Bengaluru based DRDO Labs jointly conducted All India Technical Seminar on 24 and 25 January 2018 at DFRL, Mysuru. Smt Renu Sharma, TO'C' & JWO Raghavendra Kumar of CEMILAC presented papers in this seminar.
