DRL organized Hindi Pakhwadafrom 4 to 14 September 2018. Prof.Vinod Kumar Jain, Vice Chancellor,Tezpur University, graced the inauguralfunction as the Chief Guest. In his address, Prof. Jain expressed hisviews on Hindi language in a broaderway and highlighted the relevance ofquality scientific journals in Hindi. Dr.SK Dwivedi, Director, DRL, delivered welcome address, emphasizing on more use of Hindi in office activities. During the pakhwada, a number of competitionslike poem recitation, essay writing,translation, debate, quiz, typing, sloganetc were organized, where DRL staff participated with full zeal. The winners of the competitionswere awarded with certificates and prizes.
