Workshop ‘Igniting Young Minds’ on the birth anniversary of Dr Kalam at Haleswar High School, Salonibari, Assam on 15 October 2018.
DRL, Tezpur, organised a workshop entitled ‘Igniting Young Minds’ to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr Kalam at Haleswar High School, Salonibari, Assam, on 15 October 2018. The aim of the eventwas to encourage young students todevelop inclination towards science andtechnology. About 300 students fromthree rural government schools, viz., Hem Baruah HS School, Dekargaon High School and Haleswar High School of Sonitpur district of Assamparticipated in the workshop with fullzeal and enthusiasm.A science exhibition on DRL productswas also organized. Director, DRL, delivered motivationaltalk to the students recalling Dr Kalam’s dream and contribution to the nation.
