CEP conducted at NSTL | Besides, NSTL housed several short term training programs to its own employees a and also employees from other DRDO Labs under continuation education program and In-house training programs. 4 such CEP courses were conducted this year on various topics such as “Composites in Underwater Systems" during 23-27 Jul 2018; "Advances in RCS Stealth Technologies" during 06-10 August 2018; "Advanced Embedded Systems for Weapon Applications" during 27-31 Aug 2018 and "Advances in Electrical Systems" during 12-14 Nov 2018. | |
Long term training | Under Long term training program , NSTL sponsored 3 of its scientists for Higher studies ( M.Tech course) . A number of scientists are encouraged to do Ph.D. Dr. Varanasi Ramakrishna, Scientist 'E', Dr. K Kishore Kumar, Scientist-E and Dr. T Venkata Ratnam, TO-D got their Ph.D successfully in this year. | |
Invited lectures | Our Scientists are actively participating in various outside training programs of Academic Institutions and Industry for better cooperation . Total 18 Invited Lectures were delivered at various Institutions & universities by our Scientists and also attended as Board of Studies Members as well as examiners. | |
