Bearings for LCA Tejas

CVRDE has developed Ball and Cylindrical Roller Bearings for Aerospace application with Precision class of ABEC 5, 7 & RBEC 5.The bearings developed are in the size range of 20 to 117 mm and speed range of 6000 to 56000 rpm.Established Manufacturing process for Aerospace Quality Bearings.Designed and developed 8 types of bearings for LCA Tejas as a Technology demonstrator.Established the state-of-the-art Inspection, Acceptance & Qualification Test Facilities for Aerospace Rolling Element Bearings.Designed and developed 13 types of high speed LCA-AMAGB Bearings.
