Hand-held Explosive Identifier Preemptor
Preemptor is a portable laser based system for stand off identification of explosives and chemicals in liquid, solid (pills and pow der) forms.

- Potential Applications: Screening of Explosives/CWA agents/ Narcotics in transparent and semi- opaque containers.
- Potential Users : Army paramilitary forces and other security agencies.
