Citizen Charter

ISSA under DRDOis involved in modeling, simulation and software development tools for training, Planning and decision support. The institute undertakes the system studies and software development activities, and provides turnkey solutions to the user in modeling & simulation Domain.

The charter of duties assigned to ISSA is:

• Carryout operations research/system analysis studies for MOD, Services and DRDO
• Development of modeling & simulation Tools and wargaming software
• Conducting courses of instruction and training in system analysis, OR and computer applications 

In executing the above charter of duties, ISSA is committed to the following:

• Maintain and promote scientific temper and encourage innovation
• Synergize with our partners, defence think tanks and academic institutions to achieve progress and recognize their contribution
• Uphold the confidentiality of information about the projects in the spirit of Official Secrets Act
• Practice zero- tolerance on any form of deviation from published procedure and conduct of day to day transaction in the spirit of law
• Act with integrity, transparency, and dedication
