Hull Mounted Torpedo Alert (portable & versatile) System, is an extension to hull-mounted sonars on ships to provide state-of-the-art Torpedo Alert System. The system is capable of carrying out automatic torpedo detection, localization and tracking with reasonable accuracy. Subsequent to the localization of the torpedo, the system does a quick Target Motion Analysis for working out escape solutions.
