Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) celebrated its 23rd Raising Day on 12th March, 2019 at Circular Hall, Metcalfe House with great zeal and enthusiasm. Dr. G Satheesh Reddy, Secretary, Department of Defence R&D and Chairman DRDO graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Sh. KS Varaprasad, OS & DG (HR) marked his valuable presence as the Guest of Honour. The event was attended by former Chairpersons and Directors of CEPTAM, Directors of Delhi based sister labs and by all CEPTAM employees. Dr. Vijaya Singh, OS & Director, CEPTAM welcomed the gathering and presented a glimpse of CEPTAM’s achievements during 2018. Sh. Sudhir Gupta, OS, Chairman CEPTAM & DG (TM) shared his vision about future thrust areas of CEPTAM and identified potential areas of improvement. Sh. Varaprasad appreciated the efforts of CEPTAM in successfully implementing Computer Based Test (CBT) for recruitment of STA ‘B’s. He also stressed upon the need to link training with career progression. Dr. Reddy, in his address congratulated CEPTAM on completing 23 years of meaningful existence and acknowledged its contribution in the area of Human Resource Development for DRTC and Admin & Allied cadre. He advised CEPTAM to reduce time of future recruitment cycles and also suggested that a future training roadmap should be created by CEPTAM. During Dr. Reddy’s visit to CEPTAM, achievements of last five years were projected through poster presentation, display of CEPTAM publications/ documents, which was followed by plantation of saplings by dignitaries
