Dr AK Singh, OS & DG ( Life Sciences ) visited DEBEL, Bangalore   on 18th January 2019. Dr UK Singh, Director, Dr TM Kotresh, Associate Director and senior officers welcomed the distinguished visitor. After the initial briefing on the laboratory by Director, he chaired Executive Board Review of DEBEL's ongoing projects followed by Program management Board of the Society for Biomedical Technology (SBMT). Subsequently, he inaugurated the Biomechatronics facility which will be used for human gait analysis in real time and data will be of immense utility in carrying out Human Exoskeleton related project activities which are ongoing at DEBEL. The dignitary was taken around the lab testing facilities related to ILSS of Tejas aircraft, SES and Chem-Bio lab. He was pleased with the lab’s activities and achievements and its product oriented research.
