To make India self-reliant in developing asymmetric warfare technologies which are subtle, unconventional and cost effective to combat new age threats by tactically engaging with its disruptive capabilities.

To design and develop unconventional technologies by promoting collaborative research within the country through academia and industry to enhance the capabilities of the armed forces in asymmetric warfare scenario.
