Brief Profile: Shri Manish Pratap Singh, Scientist- ‘E’, assumed charge as a Director, DYSL-CT, Chennai with effect from 12-04-2019. He did his B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering From I.E.T Lucknow and MTech from IIT Kharagpur in Computer Science and Engineering.

Shri Manish Pratap Singh joined DRDO at DEAL as Scientist ‘B’ in September 2008. Here he worked in the field of Polarimetric SAR Image Processing in DEAL. He has developed various machine learning and artificial neural network-based algorithm to classify the complex SAR images and detection of anomalies in SAR images. Presently he is working in the field of cognitive surveillance system.

He is Life Member of IETE. He has 12 publications to his credit.
